Who We Are
Valtoro Consulting is a strategic advisory firm built for founder-led and family-owned businesses — helping companies navigating growth, complexity, and major inflection points build the structure, visibility, and strategy to become more valuable and more transferable.
Our core advisory work — strategic planning, financial visibility, transaction advisory, and exit preparation — is built for companies generally in the $10M–$100M revenue range.
Through Valtoro AI Lab, we also bring AI-powered process automation to growing businesses of any size ready to eliminate manual, error-prone workflows — often the first step toward the same structure and visibility our advisory work builds on.

Her Story
Natalia is the proud daughter of working-class immigrants. Her family didn't have wealth or connections — just hard work, faith, and the belief that something better was possible. That upbringing shaped her grit long before it showed up on a résumé.
It earned her a full scholarship to Emory University, and her start on Wall Street — advising on landmark cross-border deals, including Mexico's largest IPO and the largest acquisition ever made by a Latin American company.
Then, in corporate development and advisory work, a pattern started repeating. Business after business looked strong on paper — until diligence began. Inconsistent financials surfaced. Compliance gaps and risk nobody had flagged. Founders who couldn't produce the data to back up their story. Deals stalled. Leverage disappeared. They'd sacrificed everything for decades, and still walked away with a disappointing outcome.
She recognized something in that pattern — the hustle, the stakes, the distance between working hard and being ready.
That's why she started Valtoro: to walk alongside the founders who built something real, and make sure they're never caught unprepared again.
Structure today. Freedom tomorrow.

The Valtoro Framework
Sitting on both sides of the table — from Fortune 500s to founder-led businesses across every sector and size — the same five things kept separating one outcome from another. Some businesses commanded premium value. Others couldn't attract capital at all, or went to market and failed through the diligence process. The difference was rarely what the pitch deck said. It was the foundation underneath it: whether the numbers held together, whether the systems were real, whether the business could function without the person who built it.
That's where the Valtoro Framework comes from. It's the lens we bring to every business we look at.

- Financial & Data Visibility
- Back-Office Strength
- Leadership Depth
- Operational Efficiency
- Market Positioning
Financial & Data Visibility
Clean, timely data on how the business is actually performing, so decisions come from evidence rather than instinct. When numbers are attached to teams and people, performance stops being the owner's problem alone — everyone owns a piece of it.
Back-Office Strength
Everything running in the background that keeps the business functioning — billing, collections, payroll, contracts, compliance, and the rest. Because it isn't visible, it often gets neglected. But problems here can be expensive, and carry real risk to the business.
Leadership Depth
Capable leaders across the organization who can make real decisions without escalating everything. It's what makes delegation possible, and what lets the business grow beyond what any one person can personally carry.
Operational Efficiency
Standardized processes, consistent quality, and reliable delivery — all of it built to scale as the company grows. Get this right and you end up with strong margins and customers who stay.
Market Positioning
An honest read on what actually makes the company different and where the industry is heading. The difference between being busy and building from a real advantage.
